PTO and paid holidays. I cannot speak negatively about any of my coworkers, they are all terrific people. The workforce is greatly mismanaged. Bottom line is DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS MISERY!! It has broad coverage that works for small and global businesses like: The client appreciates our hard work and will let management know this!Small company mentality at the top, no real direction, lots of 'squirrel' going on. They called ME about 5 months after I had applied and didn’t get the job, letting me know that someone was now quitting and they really wanted me to come work there- only to lay me off 5 MONTHS LATER. Alliant Insurance: What's it like to work here? I was literally told not to use the words "Thank you" as they were condescending?? Some on-line training and some job shadow. Great new management and a great marketing team, no complaintsThe place is a good company and a great team. Salary New. Silos and management only focused on revenues.This place was a joke!
