Singers in order of my preference for this ghazal are: Ghulam Ali, Begum Akhtar, Usha Uthup, Nayyara Noor. Perfectly explained every single event of every broken heart.I am a great fan of Ghulam Ali but when it comes to “Woh jo humme tumme quarar tha”, Begum Akhtar is my only choice.For me this ghazal is best sung by nayyara-noor (in terms of composition) in this version. And beautiful explanation .The fact that you love the ghazal , and I love it too makes me want to thank you for your work ! This comes up only when u type in woh Jo hum mein tum mein…do u have a list of some favourites?There is also a version sung by Farida Khanum, but u are right, she again has sung only a few verses!I think the best bhaava come with the Nayyara Noor version..the music suits the words best at least to me..What a great composition! can anyone please translate this beautiful ghazal from Urdu to English?

The ghazal has also been sung by Madhurani, Pankaj Udhaas, Abida Parveen, Farida Khanum and Talat Aziz. Truly appreciate the effort.Hi!
