Now I have to deal with cancelling the transaction on my Credit Card as I don't even trust them to do the Refund- she didn't seem at all interested in taking ANY information at all from me! Its ridiculous! I wish I could give zero stars. Unbelievable! Unfortunately the service I have received from Topshop customer service has left me no choice but to leave another negative review.

The only con i would say would be they did not send me a tracking number and also did not send me an email when it was delivered.

I have received better service from smaller and newer companies. I explained I am pregnant and self isolating on medical advice so can not get to post office. Now, i am still waiting for my order, more than a month. ONCE the epitome of cool, Topshop has gone into administration. I tried to contact someone at TOPSHOP. As I paid for them through their website while generating them as required, post office does not give any receipt as they are paid for already and they are no-stamp required as well. The parcel was received by Topshop on 22/07/20 and after 6 emails I still don't have my money back. Fits my bump perfectly and gives a really nice silhouette. Ripped offWell I send my items back using the shipping label which was provided in the box.

However- not sure if it was due to weather or the Holidays or WHAT- but last order - not even as $$ just never showed up! Do not buy online. Finally they answered me that I should contact my local custom for tax payment. I’ve been getting ignored everywhere.

The return label they offer (and charge for 15 EUR each) for international clients is non-trackable, non-recorded one. Absolutely lovely! The bottom of the heel of one shoe fell off in my car and I stuck it back on, however, when I returned home I saw that the bottom of the other heel had fallen off.
