It took over twenty minutes to get our waters refilled and we honestly didn't know if our server was even coming back. They then said a call was ahead of me and I could wait. We will try this place one more time.I came here with a friend for her birthday earlier this year. This was one of the few places where you could sit and enjoy a meal during a recent visit to the area. I won't be back and I'll make sure my family won't be either.

We have actually eaten at the Big Texas steakhouse in Amarillo and this was very comparable. Friendly staff. Always feel free to let us know if our music level are too loud, and we'll do our best to take care of it! What safety measures are they taking? It wasn't very busy, so we were a bit surprised by the lack of service.
Can't talk to the people at my table because they have to do their schtick. They should have know within minutes of his arrival when he checked in that there was an issue with the order, he would have happily placed the order again and he would have walked away with hot food.
