Eagles aren't scary in combat, so turning yourself into one generally doesn't do you any good. I definitely like it. They hate undead because 1. it violates the natural cycle and 2. The class needed an ability to communicate, 'cause from fairly early on you're likely to spend most of your time in Wildshape form. At the moment, it's unaltered. Our GM has that that archetypes were allowed, and i was looking into being a Druid.

Each of the abilities is interesting and useful, but there is nothing here that you absolutely need to have. Note that Eldritch Scion Magus also changes from Intelligence-dependent to Charisma-dependent, but doesn't give more skill ranks per level. GMs should be willing to adapt and may allow characters who grow bored with their characters to redefine them, but alternate class abilities shouldnât feel like exploitable options that allow players to build and rebuild their characters in whatever ways seem most advantageous at a given moment. If the character uses this ability whilst wild shaped, the form from this ability replaces their current wild shape form for its duration.
As a crow druid gains in levels, this ability allows the crow druid to take on the form of larger and smaller animals, and magical … Should it get something in return for the reduced spellcasting though?

VMC Druid isn't very good, though.If you are satisfied with a more plant-oriented Druid-like character, Oracle of Wood could work (and instead of VMC Druid, use Leadership to snag an intelligent Plant creature for a Cohort).They do get spontaneous summon nature's ally (or spontaneous cures, or spontaneous domain spells with archetypes) which goes one step of the way there. If you decide to follow my suggestion (and if this is not PFS, I don't see why you wouldn't)......Remember to give Summon Nature's Ally I-IX as bonus spells known to the Druid. Wasn't that sure if to do anything with it, and thought it was vaguely useful to have unlimited shifts of something as an option. Archetypes are a quick and easy way to specialize characters of a given class, adding fun and flavorful new abilities to already established adventurers. I've basically come around to the idea that it doesn't need the casting reduction, and I'd rather make it so that it has full normal spells per level, than give it the Natures Bond back.You lose the Nature's bond class feature for taking this archetype. Higher level canines are generally linear improvements on dogs and wolves, so you don't get any abilities better than Trip as you level.
