This made the workplace culture very difficult and as a result the manager was having trouble maintaining in-house staff which required the use of contract personnel, in fact contract personnel chose to leave even if they did not have a position to go directly to. The typical work day was enjoyable. One of the reasons why I love this company so much is because of the energetic culture. My hiring manager lied about the position. No benefits,no drug testing,will hire anyone with a pulse.Will hire those without a pulse for management.Very poor pay.Not organised, no reprocussion for substandard work.
