Malanga is the Founder and Partner of New Jersey Sports Medicine, LLC and New Jersey Regenerative Institute in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. in 1986 and completed training in internal medicine. Prior to his appointment at Cold Spring Harbor, Dr. Ryan served for over a decade at Forest Laboratories (acquired by Actavis plc in July 2014), a specialty pharmaceutical company in New York, as its Senior Vice President & Chief Intellectual Property Counsel.Dr. Ms. Clyde is responsible for the overall corporate operations for BioRestorative including public relations, human resources and corporate stock issuance. From June 2006 through October 2009, Mr. Weinreb served as President and a director of NeoStem.In 1976, Mr. Weinreb joined Bio Health Laboratories, Inc., a state-of-the-art medical diagnostic laboratory providing clinical testing services for physicians, hospitals, and other medical laboratories. In 2011, Mr. Alstodt joined Leerink Partners as Managing Director to help lead its medical technology sector.
Following National Grid’s acquisition of KeySpan Corporation, Mr. Catell became Chairman of National Grid, U.S. and Deputy Chairman of National Grid plc.He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Advanced Energy Research and Technology Center (AERTC) at Stony Brook University, the National Offshore Wind Research and Development Consortium, the New York State Smart Grid Consortium, Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School, and Futures in Education Endowment Fund.Mr Catell serves on the Boards of many business’s and not for profit organizations.

He served as the Residency Training Program Director for the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Long Island Jewish Medical Center from 2003 to 2005, and is an Assistant Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine at Hofstra University School of Medicine. Lipetz has served as a representative to national medical organizations since his residency years, including Chair of the Education Committee of the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation (PASSOR). He also obtained a Graduate Presidential Fellowship and MBRS Fellowship from California State Polytechnic University.He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phase III Medical, Inc. where he orchestrated the acquisition of an adult stem cell collection company that became NeoStem, Inc. (now Caladrius Biosciences, Inc. – NASDAQ: CLBS), a public international biopharmaceutical company engaged in, among other things, adult stem cell-related science.
