ATB Financial is a tremendous place to work, with great people who want to make a difference for their customers. I received a "Demand for Payment" letter from them asking for the full amount WITH interest or they are going after my personal assets.At first my interaction with the ATB staff was not very pleasant. Not specific to ATB, just to bank jobs in general.Know where they want their company to be & how to achieve their goals. Love my job, lots of great things to look forward to, but find it hard to move up the ranks due to certain branch politics or management playing "favorites". The other reps could learn a thing or two from her.
