The Archives of Ontario (French: Archives publiques de l'Ontario) are the archives for the province of Ontario, Canada. The Archives holds the records in a variety of formats of the General Council Office and those of the Regions, Communities of Faith, former Conferences and presbyteries of the Central Ontario region. The goal of this project was to provide the Province of Ontario and York University with a new, self-contained academic research facility capable of housing more than $400 million in archive collections and that adhered to strict international archival standards.
