Management is skewed from store to store. - Most employees have a great work ethic- Too long hours. Everyone has to rotate and trained to do everything pretty much. Full-timers work 44 hours per week, 2 off days. -Very intense daily work schedule. Normal jobs are at max allowed 48 hours a week. Cons. Good work/life balance
