Check-in experience was not pleasant, as we have to wait for few minutes until the receptionist show up at the desk (we arrived around 1 am). Like… We appreciate your sharing your concerns. Amenities were all there, however the refridgerator would not open for us (we were ready to pay for some alcohol after a long night of flying but, oh well). It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback.

Sofitel Washington DC Lafayette Square is centrally located in Washington, a 4-minute walk from White House and 14 minutes by foot from National Museum of African American History and Culture. I my opinion, your management has used Covid19 as a way to reduce your overhead at the expense of your guests. Second stay at the hotel.
